These Terms govern your use of the Vanguard Values website and related tools, including the Values pages and Calculator (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who May Use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so and bind that person or entity to these Terms.
License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not copy, modify, host, or distribute site content except as expressly allowed here.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services, including via automated means, beyond normal browser use.

Content & Ownership
All original site content—including our text, graphics, logos, and data—is owned by Vanguard Values or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Certain referenced game assets remain the property of their respective owners and appear only under fair-use principles for commentary and community information. “Vanguard Values” and associated marks are our property. The Services are fan-made and not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or platform.
User Submissions & Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other content (including via email or Discord), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, modify, and publish that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license.
Values & Information Disclaimers
The Services provide informational estimates and community opinions about virtual item values that may change frequently. We make no promise that values or other information are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose. You use the Services at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
The Services may link to third-party sites or communities (e.g., Discord). Their terms and policies govern those services, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes, Availability & Termination
We may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we do not guarantee availability or uptime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe it’s necessary to protect the Services or others.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANGUARD VALUES AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY EXISTS, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED US$100.

Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any dispute not subject to arbitration or where arbitration is unavailable.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the site or update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
